Inverted flat roof
Inverted roofs (hot roofs) are the ones where the thermal insulation layer of xps is installed above the water-insulation layer. By this array, the water-insulation layer is protected from thermal variations and UV radiation. The resistance of FIBRANxps to water and humidity, make it an ideal insulation material for this solution.FIBRANxps 300/500/700 extruded polystyrene boards provide excellent thermal insulation, very high mechanical properties while being resistant to water.
FIBRANxps insulation boards can be combined with FIBRANskin membranes for vapour and water control.
